So we are Pulled Kitchen, a festival food business created by a young Canadian and Australian couple living from their passion: feeding and creating beautiful spaces for people in festivals. Our food is a fusion of our Canadian and Australian heritage with a hint of Asian flavours inspired by our travels. We specialize in delicious slow cooked pulled jackfruit and pulled veggies semi brioche burgers, gluten free and vegan plates and poutine (Cat’s national dish from Quebec). We have a lot of tasty and original sauces to choose from: Smoky mayo, Spicy Mayo and kimchi, coffee and Coca Cola slow cooked bbq sauce and vegan sesame miso dressing. Our portions are generous and can be shared and we come with a free and self serve hot sauces and jalapenos station to spice up your food as much as you like. We cook with love and care and it is something people can feel and taste!
