Mushroom Valley is located on a magical property between the Whitsundays and Mackay.
If you are flying to the area you have the choice of 2 airports. Mackay Airport or Proserpine (Whitsundays) Airport, it is almost the same distance from both.
We strongly recommend staying in Airlie Beach while your here and checking out the reef and all the amazing sites The Whitsundays have to offer.

For those of you arriving the night before please stay at the local caravan park only 15 minutes from site. They are a lovely local family that are very friendly, they have powered sites as well as cabins http://www.sthelensgardens.com.au
A message from our wonderful Front Gate team… Some simple tips to help your gate entry to Mushroom Valley Festival faster, smoother and stress free!
Gate Open Times
Gates will be open Thursday 14th Sept to Early Entry Pass holders from Midday – 10pm.
Gates will open Friday 15th Sept to ALL OTHER TICKET HOLDERS at Midday.
If you are hoping to arrive early on Thursday or stay late until Tuesday, you will need to purchase an EARLY ENTRY PASS and/or LATE EXIT PASS (one per person).
Have your ticket printed or saved to your phone (don’t rely on internet connection).
Make sure your mobile phone is charged.
Have your CURRENT PHOTO ID ready. (ID must match the name on your ticket)
Turn up the screen brightness on your mobile phone.
If your screen is cracked or it has an old screen cover it may not scan so have a printed version of your ticket handy with your current photo ID.
Screenshot any tickets, emails or important information/ correspondence that you think you may need. Especially if you think there may be an issue with your ticket (i.e. you are volunteering for a market stall last minute).
DO NOT bring GLASS!
DO NOT bring your PETS!
Arrive with a SOBER driver.
Please pay close attention to the signage, staff and volunteers…. Remember GRATITUDE NOT ATTITUDE!

You do not need a car pass however please carpool if possible to help reduce our impact on the environment, the land and allow for plenty of space for your camps!
Please drive safely and sober to our event and show respect and gratitude to our local community, staff & volunteers.
